Yachts with crew
All of the yachts recommended by Marlow Worldwide Yacht Charters are fully crewed. As a minimum on the smaller yachts there will be at least two highly qualified and charming crew – a captain and cook/stewardess. You will not be expected do any sail handling, but if you do want to get involved most captains are only too pleased to include you.
Chartering a yacht is for the delight of being out on the water. Your day might start off with an early morning swim. After breakfast, a gentle sail to a another peaceful anchorage to try out some water-sport toys such as paddle board or water skis, a stroll along a beach. Then lunch back on board, a snooze in the shade of the cockpit perhaps and another short sail to your overnight anchorage. Cocktails at sunset and dinner under the stars. If you have a more ambitious itinerary, then each stop could be a different island and sometimes a different country. Visit fashionable ports, quaint fishing villages with waterfront cafés, historic sites or deserted bays – the choice is yours.
Food aboard your charter yacht will be planned and cooked according to your choice. You will be amazed at the range and standard of cuisine even the smallest boat will offer and many of the motor yachts will have restaurant standard galleys with perhaps even a Michelin starred restaurant-trained Chef.
Most yachts offer wifi throughout the boat – so, if it’s essential for you to stay in touch with family or businesses while away, you can. There will be music and entertainment systems aboard with extensive movie and music choices available.
